A mustard made with premium quality Tasmanian wasabi.  It is sensational with seafood, sushi, or prime Tasmanian beef.  Great added to homemade Hollandaise sauce. A must-try mustard, with addiction almost guaranteed.

  • Our award winning mustards are a must for the connoisseur. Choose from our extensive range of creamy paste or seeded mustards featuring many uniquely Tasmanian ingredients. We cater for all palates and dietary requirements - sweet, mild, hot and spicy, low sodium or no added sugar. The yellow mustard seeds featured in the seeded mustard range are grown and harvested adjacent to the Hill Farm Kitchen. A key ingredient in our paste mustards is Hill Farm Preserves Canola Oil made from cold-pressed GM-free canola seeds grown on neighbouring farmland. These mustards make a pleasing addition to hot and cold meats, smoked salmon, fish and vegetarian fare. Barbecued beef with a smear of mustard is a flavour explosion in the mouth!

    Our mustards are preservative-free and ingredient separation may occur. Stir contents after opening if required.
