Tasmanian Rainforest Mustard

This mustard features natural ingredients found in the temperate rainforests of Tasmania. We combine wild mountain pepperberries, kunzea leaves and Tasmanian honey, with yellow and brown mustard seeds that have been infused in apple juice and apple cider vinegar. This sweet mustard is delicious with sharp cheeses.

A key ingredient in our paste mustards is Hill Farm Preserves Canola Oil made from cold-pressed GM-free canola seeds grown on neighbouring farmland.
