Mediterranean Mustard

A mustard combining European herbs, tasty black olives, juicy sundried tomatoes and yellow and brown mustard seeds. It is delicious on focaccia, or added to homemade specialty bread dough. Mix it into butter at room temperature to spread on sandwiches with cheese or on cold meats. Terrific as a marinade for fish or chicken for that extra crunchy texture and flavours of the Mediterranean.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, mustard seeds 28%, black olives 7% (olives, water, salt, stabiliser (579)), sun dried tomatoes 7% (tomatoes, canola oil salt, food acid (330) sugar, herbs, garlic, vinegar, water, preservative (223)), brown sugar, spices, garlic,  herbs.
Low sodium. May contain traces of soya beans and fish sauce.

The yellow mustard seeds featured in the seeded mustard range are grown and harvested adjacent to the Hill Farm Kitchen. A key ingredient in our paste mustards is Hill Farm Preserves Canola Oil made from cold-pressed GM-free canola seeds grown on neighbouring farmland. These mustards make a pleasing addition to hot and cold meats, smoked salmon, fish and vegetarian fare. Barbecued beef with a smear of mustard is a flavour explosion in the mouth!
