A mild yellow and brown seeded mustard, sweetened with local Tasmanian honey and apple juice to produce a versatile wholegrain mustard. It contains a delightful combination of spices and makes a fine addition to a cheese sandwich, ham or barbequed meats.

We cater for all palates and dietary requirements - sweet, mild, hot and spicy, low sodium or no added sugar. The yellow mustard seeds featured in the seeded mustard range are grown and harvested adjacent to the Hill Farm Kitchen. A key ingredient in our paste mustards is Hill Farm Preserves Canola Oil made from cold-pressed GM-free canola seeds grown on neighbouring farmland. These mustards make a pleasing addition to hot and cold meats, smoked salmon, fish and vegetarian fare. Barbecued beef with a smear of mustard is a flavour explosion in the mouth!
